How they have copied my site on the newsgroup?

Dear Newsgroup:
An anonymous person copied my site and written the article "Sorry for being obnoxious", under my name.
How they could do that?
The Math Forum needs to answer the question.

It is clear that the writer is a partner of gangs of my enemies in the math community.
Obviously they have been cornered, since my writings have been effective.
The answer is to act in the right direction, not in this way.
How he/she could place my information provided on this site, exactly on theirs?
The Math Forum or Google should be warned.
I request a public explanation of this system error in the newsgroup.
