Need a supplier for prototype piece of FR4
|
| |
Can anyone recommend a good supplier for a small order of FR4? I need a rather big piece, say 0.75" x 8" x 8". I expect to need only one. It would be nice if they take credit cards, and don't have problems dealing with an individual for personal use. (Yes, that's right, I'm going to make drugs and/or explosives... more »

I have emailed 7 companies and not had a response from any. Is it generally the case that these companies just won't deal with low volume? I mean if things work out there would be more business in the future.... more »

effects of strain
|
| |
I'm studying strain effects on semiconductor materials and i've found that strain remove degeneracy in valence band: tensile with lh upper to hh, compressive with heavy-holes upper to light-holes. I don't understand the effects on bandgap: for example tensile compression increases or decreases the bandgap (respect to unstrained material)?... more »

It appears that some people still believe that in order for metal amalgam dental fillings to generate electrical potentials in the mouth the fillings must be involved in an electrolytic reaction with saliva. However, experimental research studies reported by William Schriever of the University of Oklahoma and Louis E. Diamond of the University... more »
