URL for NHK radio news in Japanese slowed down

Fairly recently (6-12 months ago?) I found a place in the NHK website where I could get current news in Japanese, but with the speed slowed by some percentage, maybe 20%. IIRC, you could choose regular speed, 20% slowed, and x% speeded up.

I'd like to find this again. Hoping for the URL.

By the way, I wonder if you need transcripts of what you
hear on the news. If you need such, how about exchanging
my Japanese transcript for your transcript of English broadcast I'd like
to hear? For instance, 25 minutes of broadcast once a week
to take down in text and email the text to each other?
