Where did you find that?
I think such a phrase does not exist in Japanese.
That may be a kind of tatoo design or something like that made by American people arbitrarily.
In American movies,I sometimes found such a word that is not clear in meaning.

It could easily be one of those four-letter compounds out of Chinese.
Japanese borrowed a lot of them, but not all of them.
Try the Chinese newsgroup and they may know it.
