The じょさいし is a guess, and I'd like to have it
confirmed by an NSJ or two. Usually you can get
confirmation of readings which are not yet in
dictionaries by Googling for the kanji/yomikata
combination, but this one draws a blank. There
is one hit on 女祭司 + おんなさいし, but the site
is Chinese and should be taken as reliable.
Any views on this?
TIA
Jim
Personally I never saw/heard the word.
I would read it じょさいし, without special/vulgar context.
I checked in Google Japan. More authentic text seems to use
女性祭司, especially in the context of religion of Okinawa.
One link took my eyes.

Here talk about the names of tarot cards, and one of them is
usually called 女教皇 (well, this one, I read おんなきょうこう...)
but says (Rider-)Waite tarot's "the high priestess" is usually
called 女教皇, but the Thoth tarot deck has "the priestess"
and usuallt called 女祭司.
So. in the meaning of "priestess" of Thoth tarot, maybe it
can get entry. You may add
"usually 女性祭司 when used outside the context of tarot"

I'll put that in too.

I'll note "esp. in tarot", and cross-reference to 女性祭司.
Thanks a lot for the help.
