Marine GPS maps for Central America?

Hello, I am new to this newsgroup and this is my first post.
I am looking to buy a Marine GPS.
I will be using it to navigate the Southern Pacific Coast of Nicaragua and
maybe Costa Rica.

A. Does anybody know if regional maps of these countires exist?

B. Is it possible to load a Marine Chart of local waters onto the GPS?

C. Finally which GPS would you reccomend ?

If you buy a Garmin GPSMAP 60CS and the Bluechart Pacific CD-rom, this
should give you what you want.

Yes, BlueCharts are the best marine charts:

However, a cheaper map solution would be Garmin's WorldMap which was
surprisingly accurate in Central America:
