WEEKLY TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY #97: JUNE 6 - 13, 1993
North Atlantic Basin: No tropical cyclones.
Eastern North Pacific Basin (E of 140 Deg. W):
Tropical Storm Adrian: Tropical Depression 1E formed near 10N 115W on 11
June. Drifting west-northwest, the system became Tropical Storm Adrian later
that day. Adrian became quasi-stationary on 12 June near 10N 115W, and then it
began a west-northwest drift the next day. At the end of the summary period,
Adrian was drifting west-northwest with 45 kt winds, which was the peak in-
tensity up to that time.
Central North Pacific Basin (180 Deg. W to 140 Deg. W): No tropical cyclones.
Western North Pacific Basin (W of 180 Deg. W): No tropical cyclones.
North Indian Ocean Basin: No tropical cyclones.
South Indian Ocean Basin (W of 135 Deg. E): No tropical cyclones.
South Pacific Ocean Basin (E of 135 Deg. E): No tropical cyclones.
