Lest you think I've gone over entirely to the liberal arts/condemned
journalist side, one day last summer I was in the office when the
paper's owner, Emery Styron arrived. I was hard at work, when he said,
"Come to my office." Ok. "Sit down." Uh-oh... "Have a banana." Huh? "I
just drove up from St. James, through all those roadcuts. Tell me
everything you know about limestone."
For someone like me, life just doesn't get any better!
best wishes
Jo

BTW. the return address is not spam trapped. Posting through the
Google goliath, as my ISP has dropped Usenet. I know most of you may
not be into hunting/fishing, but if you go to the website under my
name, and thence to the News and Views link, I blog there on a number
of outdoors issues, including Missouri lead remediation, the New
Madrid eq zone, and other geology-related things as they show up. Just
look for Jo's Trav Talk. I'm also active over on Facebook.
Thank you for the update Jo.
Hope 2010 is a good one for you.
