post nonsense like that.

ø The fact is that we are 13 years into a cooling
cycle on the trend toward reglaciation. Expect
this cycle to be no more than the 150 years
from the Industrial period.

There are three types of people that you
can_not_talk_into_behaving_well. The
stupid, the religious fanatic, and the evil.

1- The stupid aren't smart enough to follow the
logic of what you say. You have to tell them
what is right in very simple terms. If they do
not agree, you will never be able to change
their mind.

2- The religious fanatic: If what you say goes
against their religious belief, they will cling
to that belief even if it means their death.

3- There is no way to reform evil- not in a
million years. There is no way to convince

anthropogenic_global_warming_alarmists,

terrorists, serial killers, paedophiles, and

predators to change their evil ways, They
knew what they were doing was wrong, but
knowledge didn't stop them. It only made
them more careful in how they went about
performing their evil deeds.˙

as far as glaciation goes,
perhaps the continuing rise of the icesheets
of Antarctica (AnIS) and Greenland (GrIS) is indicative, but
I don't have any data on the rates,a nd it cannot
be very much, since these icesheets have always
been more-or-less at a maximum during the Quaternary period.

The shiny junk left on the moon has been radiating more light and heat
onto the glaciers and ice caps at night.... after 50 years it has been
enough heat on the ice to melt it little by little each year.

you mean, the retroreflectors (octahedral octants, or
cube-corners) ??

no comment about AnIS and GrIS -- anyone?

Funny!
Recently found an article that said the glaciers at low elevations were
being "stolen".
They caught some guys mining the ice and had been taking out 60tons a week
for several years and selling the ice.
Now THAT is... not global warming, but does explain where some of the ice is
going. <grin>

where was that?

the fact is that
the vast majority of glaciers are totally inaccesible, and
consequnetly there is almost no historical data
for ... the vast majority of glaciers, and
that also inclueds, of course AnIS and GrIS,
til the advent of Sputnik and the IGY (or,
the First International Bipolar Year .-)

of course, that is probably an inconsequential amount
of any glacier's ice, although I'd guess that
the effects of the economic endeavor, itself, are greater.

And as long as polluter funded propagandists are around, it won't be
the last lie.
