Teranex processing - is it really worth its price?

Hi,
I've got a question of using HD to SD downconverters (or any format
converters) using Axon Synapse equipment. We were given an option of using
Teranex processing instead the original one. I've read very carefully about
Teranex solutions and that sounded really good, but I would need a
confirmation from anyone using it in real live applications and having any
working experience. Difference in price is astonished, around 400%...

We use the Teranex Box at digiSite since 6 years and like all the
features.
We use ImageRestore, ImageEnhance and ImageConvert. THe bid isue is,
that Teranex VC300 is a software solution. It's very easy to upgrade
new applications.
THe realibilty is very high. The result ist perfect. You never find a
system that's better
for this price in the market.
Since the NAB 2007 we are the reseller for Teranex in Germany and
around.
So we support you with our knowlage using the Teranex Box and
applications.
