I have a bunch of MJ10011 Power transistors and need data sheets on them.
Ive been told these are no longer made.
NTE Electronics Supply doesnt carry them and dont have data sheets.
Many supply companys carry them, but dont have data. Can anybody supply me
with data sheets?

Jim, I do not have a data sheet but the short data listing of "M" says it is
a 80 watt, Darlington, V(BR)CEX of1400 volts with a min beta of 20 at 4.0
amps.
looks like 1 us fall time.
