Well, he looked like he was reaching for his waistband, so five
officers pumped 41 rounds into him and winged a couple of bystanders.
They got time off, with pay.

Put the PV on top and dangle the super batteries down below the craft
so there is enough distance between them to prevent a chain reaction.

An air ship also needs to collapse quickly in case of storms.
