Civil Engineering Bulletin is coming back!!!

First of all, we would like to apologize for what had happened to the
Civil Engineering Bulletin website. We were constantly attacked and
spammed by many hackers. We deleted over 500 spammed threads and
emails everyday. The website was so slow due to those attacks. It is
obviously that we cannot maintain the website in such situation.
Rebuild the whole website is necessary.
We are very happy to inform you that we recently rebuilt the
CEBulletin website (http://www.cebulletin.com). The website is
completely new with many new features in many different sections such
as: News, jobs, forums, software programs, ebooks, and freelance.
Please let us make a short description for each of the above
sections:
NEWS: This was rebuilt completely. This section provides up-to-date
news on civil engineering and related fields,
JOBS: This is a new section with a new professional website script.
FORUMS: We really think that we need to moderate more carefully. We do
not accept members with free email accounts such as Gmail, Hotmail and
Yahoo Mail.
DOWNLOAD: A more professional script was used. This section is
dedicated for software programs, ebooks, theses, etc.
FREELANCE: This is quite new for most of civil engineers. This section
is an auction place for the job providers and freelance engineers.
