Well, I would think that Sandia National Labs is more prestigious than
ZAP Power. Sandia's new silicon graphite electrodes seem to allow for
more charging cycles before wearout, as compared to ZAP's limitation
of 500 charge cycles on its new battery.
Maybe Sandia's approach should be combined with ZAP's?
