Independent 3rd party tests show that Rossi's LENR device works - breakthroughs in COP announced

NEWS! Seven scientists from three universities have conducted extensive independent third party tests of Andrea Rossi’s Low Energy Nuclear Reaction device, an early prototype of his new higher temperature Hot Cat reactor design, and found that it actually works.

"Computed volumetric and gravimetric energy densities were found to be far above those of any known chemical source. Even by the most conservative assumptions as to the errors in the measurements, the result is still one order of magnitude greater than conventional energy sources."
When the scientists ran the reactor empty, with no nickel powder charge in place, but with exactly the same energy input, they recorded no extra heat was produced. This shows that the excess heat came from a low level nuclear reaction inside the reactor. No chemical reaction could explain such high energy output from a reactor running in continuous operation for four days straight. There was no noise, no smoke, no CO2 released, and no combustion.
Andrea Rossi claims a much higher COP of 20 or more in his newer E-Cat models with the addition of an activator "mouse” that "makes the E-Cats run" more efficiently. Rossi also claims he is now able to build larger 100 kilowatt (heat) reactors because he has solved the problem of destructive hot spots in the nickel powder fuel.
