electronics and repair of same are familiar with the term "chemical
fuse". Over time, it became a generic term to describe any fuse that
wasn't a typical wire in glass fuse, even if it's not entirely
accurate. But it doesn't change the fact that there are, in fact,
chemical fuses that exist.
Instead of pretending to know electronics and relying on Wikipedia for
you inaccurate and sometime completely wrong answers, try posting to
groups where you knowledge might be of some use. I'm sure there are
plenty of groups for manic-depressives, folks with bipolar, poor
hygiene, combative nature, internet troll support, fakers,
