I duly reported it there, but I'm not sure that's the right place. The
TinyURL unrolls to http://help.blogger.com ... blah blah blah. But since
the offender's spam link is a Blogspot blog, shouldn't this complaint be
lodged with Blogspot, not with Blogger (which seems to be Google's blog
service)?
I mean, I'm all for eliminating spam, but let's not go off half-cocked here.

Thanks. That's two reports, at least.
This particular Indian idiot has been here 4 times in the last month ;-(
but I'm not sure that's the right place. The

It's landing at the correct page - Blogspot.com is the domain where
google generally hosts blogger blogs.
Text on that page link report reads,
"Help us to make Blogger and Blog*Spot spam-free
by reporting spam blogs below"
though whether google takes notice of it ...
Live in hope :-)

Heh; maybe it's already been taken care of: going to the original
spam-blog link yields:
"The blog you were looking for was not found."
I'M simply forwarding these 'messages' and all their headers to the
newsgroup source - in this case "groups...@google.com".
Whether or not Google does anything is not known, but it doesn't hurt to
let them know and there do appear to be fewer of these messages lately...
