  I piped Hydrogen Sulphide into a wasps nest. &lt;br&gt; Killed them, though I was stung a couple of times. &lt;br&gt; Then I burnt the nest. &lt;br&gt; Smelly though. &lt;br&gt; I recollect Calcium Carbide being used to kill wasps - I presume it was the Acetylene, though as I was only 9 or 10 at the time &lt;br&gt; I cannot be 100% confident of this.
