Is the anyway to fill up the remaining space with copper to make more
grounding ?
I see only function "Fill", which allows to do this manually but it is
almost next to impossible to fill up manually all the empty space between
signal paths

and how to make power paths wider I have signal 25 mil so power I would like
to have at least 100 mil.

Just place a polygon on given layer. Polygons can be ordered to be connected to
given net.
You can have desired space between the poly and all other nets in the area and
you can order for it to be filled
either with fills (smaller polygons) or with tracks. Given the right tracks
width and spaces between tracks you can have
solid polygon or net of tracks

Just click with right button on track and edit it. IIRC you can simultaneously
edit all selected tracks.
BTW, what version of Protel do you have? Things differ between versions.
Lastly, this question would be much more appropriate in sci.electronics.cad,
where many experts on the subject
are almost constantly present.

I have nothing to add to Branko stmt, but I would add a
side comment.

It is considered a "bad thing" to have dead copper in
your PCB. Just make sure all your islands of copper
are connected to ground (or what ever the polygon
net is), or punch the "remove dead copper" button
on the polygon dialog box.

I am using protel 99SE but I guess the editing have been replaced with
something else.
I have been able to ad the extra copper but I still do not see a way to
change the with of the power path.

It could be your design rules. Within the design rules there is a track
width rule specifying min/max track width.

zzzzzzzz.
