I'm tired of people mooching my resistor supply. I'd like them to
get their own. I thought I had a lifetime supply; now I'm gonna have
to die a lot sooner.

In searching for resistor 5% 1/4 watt assortments, I find two kinds.

1)600 or so resistors but missing a lot of the 5% values and high
cost/resistor ~ $12/kit + shipping. jameco,bgmicro, etc.

2) Digikey sells a 38,000 resistor assortment for $239.
Cost of option 2 is about where it should be, but it's too many.
Don't need 200 of each. I tried to talk my friends into splitting it
a few ways, but nobody is interested as long as they can mooch me.

Does anybody market a kit in the 20-40 units/value range at a penny
or less each?
Yes, I tried google.

thanks, mike
