Voltage regulator (LM317...) Spice macromodels?

Hi!

I'm looking for Spice macromodels for LM117 (LM317).
Anyone with a file or an idea?

I managed to build a lousy one myself (50uV Isource, 1.2V Zener, Opamp,
Darlington pair), but it's too ideal, much too fast. I need an idea on how
to build in the right transient response (about 1us wide) and still keep
it stable.
