They aren't looking to ban X-acto knives, just the 30 round blade
holders! Do you have to exaggerate *everything*? lol

Oooooh! I just remembered I have an at least 30-round box knife blade
dispenser... push down and forward with your thumb and dispense...
isn't that "automatic" in Obama's eyes ?:-)

Yeah but if you register it the grandfather clause will apply.

Just make sure you can prove you are sane, or the sanity clause will
apply... and don't try to tell me there ain't no such thing as a "sanity
clause"! lol

Cheers

Back in the 70's when police RADAR was new, some Air Force EW specialists
made themselves jammers.

I'd like to have one with enough output power to blow out the receivers.

Make it selectable - 'Temporary Jam' - 'Permanent Jam'.

A friend of mine used to kill them by walking up to a police vehicle
with an aluminum clipboard and ask the officer for "directions" ;-)

You could always build a voltage multiplier for a capacitor-discharge
version of the microwave oven magnetron. The tricky bit is keeping the
heater primed & ready to go, 3.15V and pretty hefty current - something
wacky like 15A!
