Why Not Spend a Few Thousand Installing Culvert Pipes Around the Schools? It's A Whole Lot Cheaper Than Christie Jacking A Million Houses Up On Piers

A tornado only lasts a few minutes so a storm shelter doesn't need the
amenities of a 5 star hotel.

Little kids wouldn't care but if adults don't like the way culvert
pipes look, stick them underground or put up some pretty exterior.

This is a lot cheaper than jacking up your house on piers -- what
Christie is forcing on everyone in NJ.

How long would it take to get culvert pipes delivered to every school
in tornado alley?

A few months?

Kids would love the emergency drills.
