Economic Advantage of USA having low borrow rates ?

Typically the USA can borrow money at lower real rates than other countries ( 10 year treasury note rate is low relative to other countries I believe ). What kind of advantage does this give the USA ? The way I look at it is like if someone got a mortgage at 4% compared to their neighbor getting a mortgage at 6%. Household Wealth in US - Historical data

I'm seeking historical data of the US houshold wealth (assets minus liabilities) starting at least from 1929. I don't need the distribution. I just need the mean for each year. There are no sufficient data (years) in Census.gov, BEA.gov, Fed. Would appreciate any direction. Thanks!
