Availability of cryogenic compressors?

Are the F-14 cryogenic compressors still available at auction, from
military surplus?

It hurts the environment to not recycle those both harmless, and
utilitarian parts for science and education. Not enough trickle-down
pork.

All we get is hand-me-down spam.
