If you could get industrial scale graphene, nano tubes, micro space
frames, etc. out of fossil fuels no one would want to waste oil or
coal by burning it into CO2.

Imagine a 3 bedroom house that only weighs 35 lbs (minus the
foundation)?

If the next door neighbor makes a lot of noise just move.

R. Buckminster Fuller already covered this.  Mobile homes were the result.
