You certainly have a big mouth but you're really small potatoes.

You ought to be ashamed of yourself for so vigorously denying
the truth -- that man indeed is as old as coal, as the substantial
physical evidence (photos galore below) proves beyond the shadow
of a doubt.

As an educated person, you MUST know that your theory of man's
evolution is a figment of the Scientific Establishment's imagination
(for its self-serving purpose, to keep a Creator -- a Superor
Intelligence -- locked in the closet.)

Have you NO shame for so vigorously propogating a theory that
should long ago have been hauled to the landfill, a theory that has
long poisoned the minds of men.

You cannot be that blinded and bullheaded unless you have
an ulterior motiive to act like the boob that you are, so I will
repeat. You are a paid employee of one of the tentacles of the
Scientific -- whoops, Pseudoscientific -- Establishment.

This is your ONLY reason for living in front of your computer day and
night, making criminal accusations against anyone who seriously
threatens your bosses' falsified theory.

Lawyers are greedy, no question, but you, Sienkiewicz, are the King
of the Hill.

Haven't you made ENOUGH of a small fortune as a working attorney
for countless years? Aren't you satisified that you own a couple of
houses and three-four new cars and have a very healthy bank account?

Deny my accusation all you want, but beware -- I'm a lot smarter
than you think I am.

After all,  didn't I catch Andrew Macrae in his dishonest shenanigans,
tampering with physical evidence -- and am I not hot on the
trail of Paul Myers as a highly probable co-conspirator, Macrae's
partner-in-crime?.

After all, didn't I catch the University of California at Berkeley in
their deceitful, dishonest shenanigans?

Didn't I also lay on the line the deceit and deception by the
so-called "prestigious" Smithsonian Institution, the unscrupulous
manner in which it behaves when physical evidence threatens
to upset its applecart?

Now, Sienkiewicz, I shall turn the trail to you.

You see, whatever payments have been made to you MUST
be documented because the fact is, it's TAXPAYER'S MONEY
if you're on the payroll of the Pseudoscientific Establishment --
that's how it works.

I shall be in touch with the Government Accounting Office,
which, by law, is committed to provide that information.

I have no doubt there is a record of payments to you for the
incredibly long hours you have labored to defend a farce and, while
doing it, assassinate the character of someone -- me -- seeking
neither dollars nor fame but only the truth.

LET ME MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR, YOU BONEHEAD.
I HAVE TOLD NOT ONE SINGLE LIE IN ANYTHING I HAVE
EVER SAID OR WRITTEN CONCERNING MY DEALINGS
WITH EXPERTS OR LABORATORY TESTING, AND THAT

That you have called me a liar approximately a zillion times in
your postings cannot -- and will not-- be dismissed that easily.

are light years from being fair and openminded. The almighty dollar

Here is but the tip of the iceberg of the petrified bones, teeth and
several soft organs -- some human -- that were discovered between
anthracite coal veins in Pennsylvania. A Golden Rule of Geology is
that coal is a minimum of 280 million years old and that anthracite
is the oldest, therefore even older.

Another petrified human skull -- this one embedded in a boulder
that weights some 3,000 pounds. It was found within 100 feet of the
previous skull and a year later, also having come from between
anthracite veins in Schuylkill County, Pa.  I

A petrified human femur still in shale, a near-cousin to coal, which
also had been removed from between anthracite veins. Portions of
the bulb ends have broken off.

This specimen was identified as a portion of a tibia by Wilton
Krogman. It contains Haversian canals, the telltale sign of bone,
embarrassing Andrew Macrae, then of Calgary University, who had
performed fraudulent testing for cellular structure. For his test
results, he had used a meticulously prepared ground section that had
been prepared from a rock or concretion.

to a coal-like substance, measures 6 1/2 inches in length.

A petrified gall bladder, with  a CATscan later revealling the
presence of a gall stone inside.

This was the very first discovery of petrified bone in coal-bearing
Carboniferous strata in June 1981. It resembled a giant skull and
the Smithsonian expressd an interest in examining
it personally. However, its experts dismissed it as a rock or
concretion without any testing whatsoever, not even revealing that
a microscopic study of cell structure would accurately identify
whether it is bone. Later, a pair of petrified teeth -- a premolar and
a canine -- were found inside the jaw area. One was subjected to an
infrared scan which revealed its origin is that of a bone or a tooth.
