Colleges for marine biology

If you're looking for the most $$$ in this field, you are best off looking at
Federal jobs ,(http://www.usajobs.opm.gov/ )which seem to me to offer the best
salary increases over time. Private sector jobs are good too if you have
specialized experience (i.e. chamistry, biotechnology experience). If you are
the "dolphin petter" or "tree hugger" type, you probably won't get far. You
need to have analytical skills and real world application knowledge, such as
GIS, remote sensing skills and/or statistical skills to demand the big bucks.
This is all infor that I have gained in over 6 years of searching since getting
my BS in marine science.

BTW, congratulations! Did you study at VIMS?
