Weevil and leafhopper life history traits

Does anyone have suggestions as to where I might find detailed life history
information for the following weevil and leafhopper species in Ontario?
Hypera postica Aceratagallia spp.
H. nigrirostris Aphrodes spp.
Sitona hispidulus Macrosteles quadrilineata
S. flavescens
S. lineellus
Tychius picirostris
T. stephensi
Rhinoncus castor
Ceutorhyncus floralis
C. erysimi
Anthonomus spp.
Literature searches over the past 20 years have yielded very little
information that is useful. Specifically, I am looking for any info.
regarding flight ability, host plants and # of generations/yr. (in Ontario).
Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
