I finished uploading the photoessay of the Hayden Planetarium
last
night, February 8th, all 60 episodes. They are all on the NYSkies
website. The direct link is 'www.nyskies.org/articles/pazmino/hp00-
09.htm' thru '.../hp50-59.htm'.
The pieces are bundled 10 x 10 into six files, assembled from the
individual originals. The date for all of the six articles is the
same, 2000 May 10', the date of the final article, but they are named
for the set of episodes they contain.
These articles are now picked up in web searches. Hence, already
I'm getting some interesting comments about them. Most readers do not
recall the originals sent into the sci.astro.* newsgroups in the late
1990s. Others took them as a current description of the Planetarium.
Do note that there are really 60 episodes, numbered 00 thru 59.
Episode 00 is the introduction to the new package of articles.
The wording of the articles is quite that of the original with
ony
very minor editing done to it. There wre real typos and errors in the
original which were corrected.
