Bastards. They have completely lost their way. SPACE EXPLORATION,
MORONS! Why do you think public support has fallen so far? The ISS
has sucked up almost $250 BILLION since its inception as make-work
project for out of work Russian nuclear scientists and has produced
NOTHING of value.
Earth sciences should be delegated to another organization, the way
the military was FORCED to divest to NASA space exploration and
rocketry in the the 1960's.

utility bills, much less maintain any holding pattern, and without at
least private matching funds it's unlikely they can bluff their way
any further. Our NASA had multiple chances before, and having blown
every commercial enterprise application for off-world exploitations is
why they kind of shot their own foot (multiple times).
