What compels them to continue posting is not clear.

They agree at every step there was no Israel as described in the
bible but then keep posting as though they disagreed. Granted there are some
who pretend not to know how Israel is described in the bible. One has to ask
what they think they are defending as from their posting they do not appear
to know.

The adjective biblical in this case has always been used to mean as
described in the bible. The same applies to any other person or thing as in
biblical Solomon or biblical Judah. Unfortunately for the believers they
have only one thing to argue is an Israel outside of the bible but it was
destroyed by the Egyptians in the 12th c. BC.

They appear to be interested in some abject faith in an "ancient"
Israel whose only known descriptive invocation might have a notation of its
complete destruction. So there was some person or group or in context more
likely a city which might have been Israel which was destroyed by the
Egyptians in the 12th c. BC. What is the point? It ceased existing at that
time.

Of course believers are perfectly capable of invoking an inscription
for a name and then saying the inscription is otherwise false -- the name
being the only correct thing in the inscription. That they can do this
speaks volumes for the power of faith and watch out for mountains crossing
the road. And then there is the "Israel means anything I want it to mean"
type who are incomprehensible even to themselves.

This just goes on and on finally even results in the inevitable
invocation of nazism and antisemitism.

Why all of this when we are all in complete agreement there was no
biblical Israel?

I believe it was Matt the Pratt's hero, Goebels, who said that if you
repeat a lie often enough people will come to believe it.
