where intellectual deficiencies quickly show
up in the bad life decisions (neglect of school,
failure to "act white," committing crimes,
substance abuse,OOW parenthood) that

There is also a correlation between low self-esteem and SAT scores. And
there is a correlation between poverty, negative concepts and expectations
of blacks, low self-esteem and academic performance. There is also a
correlation between blacks not having an equal opportunity and education
as whites just one generation ago and poverty of blacks.

False Analogy
Definition:
In an analogy, two objects (or events, group of people etc..), A and B are
shown to be similar. Then it is argued that since A has property P, so
also B must have property P. An analogy fails when the two objects, A and
B, are different in a way which affects whether they both have property P.
Asians did not have their culture stripped away, it stayed intact and was
passed on. Asians are considered the next thing to white people ("if your
white your right, if your yellow your melow, and if your brown stick
around, but if your black get back"). Asians don't have the social stigma
that Blacks have. The self-esteem of Asian Americans is not attacked the
same as Negroes. The Axis powers of World War II was a Aryan/Asian
alliance against the Allied forces. The Axis Powers was an alliance formed
by Germany, Japan and Italy. Another alliance was called the "Rome-Berlin
Axis." Six other countries became the Axis Satellites. These countries
where, Albania, Bulgaria, Finland, Hungary, Romania and Thailand. Negroes
were not apart of the Axis alliance.

The first Asians in America were Chinese
shanghaied to work on the railroads in
the western USA in the 1800s. They suffered
all the same oppression, including being killed for sport.
Then many were tossed in concentration
camps in the western US during WW2.
But they had the smarts to rise above it. They didn't
go on a spate of welfare dependency, crime, and

And their descendants now dominate Berkeley,

Asian americans did not have their culture and language and family unit
stripped away like African Americans. Asian Americans still had a
connection to their home nation that was sovereign and independent from
European colonialism. Asian traditional culture was preserved and ethnic
identity perpetuated. Asian Americans were allowed to set up successful
communities (Chinatowns, Japantown etc..) while Black communities like
Tulsa ("little Africa") and Rosewood were unjustly destroyed by whites,
model communities destroyed, a major African American economic movement
resoundingly defused. Racial unrest and violence against African
Americans permeated domestic developments in the United States during the
post World War I era. From individual lynchings to massive violence
against entire black communities, whites in both the North and the South
lashed out against black Americans with a rage that knew few bounds. From
Chicago to Tulsa, to Omaha, East St. Louis, and many communities in
between, and finally to Rosewood, white mobs pursued what can only be
described as a reign of terror against African Americans during the period
from 1917 to 1923. In Chicago, Illinois, for example, law and order was
suspended for 13 days in July 1919 as white mobs made foray after foray
into black neighborhoods, killings and wounding 365 black residents and
leaving another 1,000 homeless. These bloody events from the 1920s seems

Black Wallstreet: A Lost Dream," and its companion video documentary,
"Black Wallstreet: A Black Holocaust in America!" the authors have
chronicled for the very first time, in the words of area historians and
elderly survivors, what really happened there on that fateful summer day
in 1921, and why it happened. Wallace similarly explained why this bloody
event from the 1920s seems to have a recurring effect that is felt in
predominately Black neighborhoods to this day.
The best description of Black Wallstreet, or Little Africa, as it was also
known, could be likened to a mini-Beverly Hills. It was the golden door of
the Black community during the early 1900s, and it proved that
African-Americans had successful infrastructure. That's what Black
Wallstreet was all about. The dollar circulated 36 to 100 times, sometimes
taking a year for currency to leave the community. Now, in 1995, a dollar
leaves the Black community in 15 minutes. As far as resources, there were
Ph.D.'s residing in Little Africa, Black attorneys and doctors. One doctor
was Dr. Berry, who owned the bus system. His average income was $500 a
day, hefty pocket change in 1910. During that era, physicians owned
medical schools. There were pawn shops everywhere, brothels, jewelry
stores, 21 churches, 21 restaurants and two movie theaters. It was a time
when the entire State of Oklahoma had only two airports, yet six Blacks
owned their own airplanes. It was a very fascinating community.
The area encompassed over 600 businesses and 36 square blocks with a
population of 15,000 African-Americans. And when the lower-economic
Europeans looked over and saw what the Black community created, many of
them were jealous. When the
average student went to school on Black Wallstreet, he wore a suit and tie
because of the morals and respect they were taught at a young ageÅ The
main thoroughfare was Greenwood Avenue, and it was intersected by Archer
and Pine Streets; from the first letters in each of those three names, you
get G.A.P, and that's where the renowned R & B music group The Gap Band
got its
name. They're from Tulsa.
Black Wallstreet conducted global business, and the Black community of
Tulsa flourished from the early 1900s until June 1,
1921, when the largest massacre of civilian Americans in the history of
the United States took place, all at the instigation of the
KKK.
The riots were not caused by anything Black or white; it was caused by
jealousy. Lots of white people had come back from World War I, and they
were poor. When they looked over into the Black communities and realized
that Black men who fought in the War, had come home as heroes, it helped
to trigger the destruction. The riot cost the Black community everything,
and not a single dime of restitution - no insurance claims - has been
awarded to the victims to this day.

The Black Panther Party for Self-Defense was an example of what happends
when negroes try to arm and protect themselves in the United States. The
Panthers were known to walk with shotguns and to take on anyone. They were
the living embodiment of Malcolm X's philosophy that oppressed people had

chief goal was to protect African Americans from police actions that many
blacks considered brutality. The Panthers supported the use of guns--both

Hostility between the Panthers and the police led to several shoot-outs.
Panthers had very strong words which gave a strong message. Words like,

their strongest symbol. It represented power, glory and history, among the
blacks. This fist was known all over the world. It was even shown in the
Olympics by two American runners.

A year after the birth of the Black Panther Party, Huey Newton was driving
home late at night with his friend Gene McKinney. Oakland Police Officer
John Frey pulled their vehicle over. Officer Frey requested Newton零
license and the car registration. After inspecting the documents and
calling for backup, Officer Frey told Newton and McKinney to step out of
the car. Another police officer, Officer Herbert Heanes arrived on the
scene. Law book in hand, Newton informed the officers that they had no
right to arrest him. The officer responded, "You can take that law book
and shove it up your a--." A fight immediately broke out and was followed
by gunshots.
When the smoke had cleared, Officer Frey was dead, Officer Heanes had
multiple injuries, Newton was shot in the stomach...recent
reinvestigations showed that Officer Frey fired upon Newton first. Never
the less, Newton was handcuffed, read his rights and hauled off to jail.

Brown says today from his modest apartment in Washington, DC. He explains
how the Party founder had a knack for starting fights with his boys just
to keep his combat skills up to par. "He used to say that we had no right

way Black men could do that and not be dead was to be crazy. "
Bobby Hutton was the first Panther to die for the Party, killed by Oakland
police in 1968. By 1969, the feds had turned up the heat and blood flowed
across the country. Panther offices were ravaged, many members were killed
or jailed. And in 1970, Los Angeles Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT)
units were first introduced in Panther raids.

Crispus Attucks, a black man, was the first American to fall at the 1770
"Boston Massacre," considered the first skirmish of the Revolutionary
War. During that war, more than 5,000 black Americans served under
General George Washington's command. Although there were four black units
from the New England states, most black soldiers and sailors served in
integrated units. Peter Salem and Salem Poor were heroes at Bunker Hill;
Black Samson was a hero at Brandywine. At the Battle of Rhode Island, the
Hessians were repulsed by a regiment of black soldiers. "Had they been
unfaithful or even given away before the enemy all would have been lost,"
reported an observer.
In the War of 1812, African-American sailors were with Captain Perry at
the Battle of Lake Erie; two battalions of black Americans were with
General Jackson at the Battle of New Orleans. Said Jackson, "I expected
much from you... but you surpass my hopes....the American nation shall
applaud your valor, as your General now praises your ardor."
In both the Revolution and the War of 1812, the military at first refused
to allow African-Americans to serve. Service was often under humiliating
conditions. Many slaves fought for their country, only to be returned to
slavery after the war.
Blacks were barred from service in the Civil War until Lincoln issued the
Emancipation Proclamation. Ultimately, more than 186,000 African-Americans
enlisted in the Civil War and more than 38,000 died in battle. At the
Battle of New Market, twelve black men of the Third Division of the
Eighteenth Corps of the Army of the James earned Congressional Medals of
Honor. The 1989 Tri-Star Pictures film Glory records the courage and
sacrifice of the Black 54th Massachusetts Volunteers at Fort Wagner,
Charleston, South Carolina.
History further repeats itself in the fact that in every war so far known
to this country, the first blood, and, in some cases, the last also, has
been shed by the faithful Negro, and this in spite of all the years of
bondage and oppression, and of wrongs unspeakable.

Zulu chieftain but born of a repudiated wife, Shaka spent his childhood

to unleash his pent-up fury on all other clans in the area. This he did in
annual campaigns during the next ten years. The result was a wave of
migrations by uprooted peoples as far north as modern Tanzania and as far
south as the Cape Colony (see Cape Provinces). At the same time, the Zulu
grew by the accretion of other clans, all of which were politically
integrated and culturally assimilated. A decade of warfare, however, had
taken a heavy toll on the Zulu. Psychologically disturbed throughout his
life, and obessively fearful
of being supplanted by an heir, Shaka became clearly deranged by the death
of his mother in 1828. Later that year, he was killed by his half-brother,
Dingane, who succeeded him as ruler.

Nazi Low Riders
The Nazi Low Riders (NLR) are the fastest growing gang in the California
prison system. According to gang investigators the NLR originated in the
California Youth Authority during the 1970Ä…s. Although they never amounted
to much and were for all intended purposes defunct, they have in recent
years emerged as a force to be reckoned with in several Southern
California counties. From this southern base they have grown at an
alarming pace.
With strongholds in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles and Orange counties,
the NLR has spread hate and discontent throughout California and the state
prison system.
Growing rapidly, they seem to pull from other smaller, less active white
gangs such as the Peckerwoods and PENI (Public Enemy Number One).
Functioning as an umbrella organization they are recruiting from a growing
number of disenfranchised white inmates looking for a place to park their
anger, hatred and predatory ways.
The Department of Corrections has identified the NLR as a prison gang
based on their origin, organizational structure, and their threat to
prison security.
With over 1,000 identified members and associates statewide, and their
propensity to assault staff and other inmates, the NLR are quickly
becoming a severe problem in the prison system.
Gang experts believe a number of NLR members are being used and organized
by the Aryan Brotherhood. This group remains loyal to the ABÄ…s while
another group or faction sees itself as a separate entity with the
capacity and desire to be far more violent than the older ABÄ…s.

In 1995, police in Southern California found that a new street gang was
gaining strength through the lucrative Methamphetamine trade.
Simultaneously, the California Department of Corrections (CDC) recognized
a similar growth within its White male population.
Profiling efforts were first initiated by two gang unit officers from the
San Bernardino Sheriff's Department assigned to the Rancho Cucamonga
Police Department. Deputies Mike Sylva and Patty Silva developed
informants within the ranks of an informal group of speed users that
called themselves the VC or Vicious Circle.
This gang was well known for their ruthlessness by victimizing their own
members and associates, primarily through home invasion robberies.
Stealing money and narcotics from one another was an accepted practice
among he gang's members. The cycle of their repeated drug use, inter-gang
theft, and eventual arrest led to the coined expression "It's a vicious
circle."
The activities of the VC created a climate of fear common to traditional
gang neighborhoods. Because the victims of VC crimes were often suspects
of similar crime themselves, very few police reports were generated to
document the gang's activities. Intimidation was further increased as VC
members entered the prison system and made associations with the Aryan
Brotherhood.
In 1996, Upland Detective Greg Doyle and Officer Barry Belt investigated a
home invasion robbery which led to dozens of leads into the origins and
core leadership of the gang. A key informant, provided by State Parole
Agent Lisa Abma, was crucial to uncovering a massive network of auto
thieves, drug manufacturers and violent criminals all associating under
the umbrella of the Vicious Circle. Within 16 months, these investigations
led to the arrests of nearly 100 suspects in a three county area and the
identification of two other associated gangs: the Peckerwoods and the Nazi
Low Riders (NLR).
Vicious Circle members are mainly white males and females. Their common
symbols and tattoos are double lightning bolts, swastikas, skulls, dragons
and three-leaf clovers (signifying Irish Pride). Male members refer to
each other as "Peckerwoods" or "Woods" and female members are called
"Featherwoods".
As the VC evolved, the group more closely resembled a street gang based on
the volume and nature of crimes committed: robbery, aggravated assault,
grand theft auto, burglary, narcotics dealing/manufacturing and murder.
Nothing was outside the limits of criminal involvement. Like other gangs
in the San Bernardino/Riverside County area, VC members claimed the Inland
Empire as their turf, using the initials I. E. also referred to as "Into
Everything". Because VC members more closely resembled drug users or
"Stoners" than traditional street gangs and the names of these white gangs
were laughable, their members successfully avoided gang profiling by law
enforcement until mid 1995.
Nazi Low Riders (NLR)
Although the name of the gang may illicit laughter, the gang is a force to
be reckoned with. Numerically, NLR is the fastest growing prison gang in
California. The tenets of this gang are rooted in White Supremacy which
translates into racial hatred of Blacks. However, it is not surprising to
find Hispanic associates participating in the criminal activities of the
NLR.
Violent, arrogant, and unashamed of their racist proclivities, the NLR has
established its presence in the State prison system. As NLR members parole
into California communities, criminal gang activity flourishes
exponentially among whites as never before.
A driving force behind the NLR is the "need for speed." Relatively easy to
manufacture and highly profitable, Methamphetamine is the drug of choice
in Southern California and the best cooks of this drug are found among the
White Supremacist gangs. As Hispanic gang members became enamored of the
drug, white gang members became the supply line into the varrio.
Driven by the nature of the drug and the high demand, clandestine labs
surfaced in almost every imaginable venue: trunks of cars, motel rooms,
garages, apartment complexes, as well as high dollar homes. Connections
have been discovered between the NLR and outlaw motorcycle gangs like the
Hells Angels. These associations and investigations have led many in law
enforcement to conclude that the NLR is the new enforcement arm of the
Aryan Brotherhood.
Some important lessons have been learned through the profiling of White
Supremacy gangs. First, these gangs are contenders in the arena of street
and prison gangs and members should be treated by law enforcement with
vigor and aggressiveness.

one-time regional boss of the Outlaws motorcycle
gang was convicted in federal court of five murders, including the
execution-style slayings of four bikers.
Clarence Smith, 53, was found guilty Friday of the 1983 quadruple homicide
of four bikers in Fort Lauderdale and the attempted
murder of a fifth person who survived. Smith also was convicted of a 1981
New Orleans bombing that killed a federal witness.
Three other bikers were convicted with Smith of conspiracy and
racketeering, although he was the prosecution's main target during
the six-week trial.
Smith also was convicted of plotting to kill a rival biker in Indiana in
1994, interstate transportation of explosives in the Louisiana
case and distribution of drugs.
Sentencing for Smith was set for March 11. He faces a maximum of life in prison.

racketeering, including the 1992 execution-style murder of a town of
Burlington man in 1992.
Federal law en-forcement authorities are calling the indictment returned
against the Outlaws Motorcycle Club one of the largest ever in Wisconsin.
The indictments stem from a 7-year string of murders, at-tempted murders,
bombings and arson attacks in a violent turf war against rival members of
the Hell's Angels.

affiliated clubs, are a major distributor and seller of

in the United States and Europe.
By the end of the 70s, the Hells Angels in the United States had become
increasingly involved in gang wars or
confrontations, primarily to protect or expand their lucrative drug

officially declared war on the Outlaws.

worldwide, criminal organization with a rigid
chain of command and a written code of biker ethics. They remain highly

they meet every definition and criteria of being set up as organized

The Hells Angels have often been referred to as the Å‚richest angels on
earth - and probably are. A full-patch Angel has at
hand access to million of illicit dollars, earned through a combination
of cunning, wanton brutality, extortion, intimidation,

And because none of this is new, outlaw motorcycle gangs remain, as
Solicitor General Andy Scott himself said, law enforcementÄ…s number one

A former Ku Klux Klansman convicted of killing a black teenager had tears
in his eyes and words of love for his victim's family before he was
executed early this morning in Alabama's electric chair.
Henry Francis Hays, whose case eventually put his Klan faction out of
business, was pronounced dead at 12:18 am. It was Alabama's 1st execution
for a white-on-black crime since 1913.
Hays, 42, was convicted of the 1981 lynching-style murder of Michael
Donald, who was beaten, slashed and strangled with a rope after being
abducted at random from a street in Mobile. His body was hanged from a
tree.
Seated in the electric chair, a frightened, tearful Hays gave a thumbs up
sign to witnesses. He then turned to his brother, Ray, and
Donald's brother, Stanley, and mouthed, "I love you."

Whoever said that lynch mobs are a thing of the past in this country hasn't
seen the pack chasing Dinesh D'Souza with a rope.
D'Souza is the John M. Olin fellow at the American Enterprise Institute
(AEI) and author of the just-published book The End of Racism, which is the
source of all the controversy.
The book challenges the idea that racism is the primary cause of black
problems, and says that the civil rights community, while once a boon to
blacks, has become more of an albatross. D'Souza's ultimate target is failed
liberal policies, which is why it's interesting that most of the early and
very angry criticism of the work has come from the right. Upon publication
of the book, two AEI black conservative adjunct fellows, Glenn Loury and
Robert Woodson, angrily resigned their positions. Loury also wrote a damning
review of the book for the new conservative Weekly Standard.
The resignations then became subject of an even more damning column by
William Raspberry. While not really a conservative, Raspberry has
nonetheless shared the views of Woodson, Loury, and yes, D'Souza, that the
liberal approach to the problems of the black community leaves much to be
desired and that tagging all opponents as racists is generally
counterproductive.
Yet Raspberry tagged D'Souza's work as one "only racists could cheer" while
Woodson went even further, calling D'Souza "the Mark Furhman of public
policy."
Can he really mean that? Can this be said of a writer whose book black
conservative Thomas Sowell has called the best book on the topic in half a
century?
Would Mark Furhman have written a book former NAACP Chairman Margaret Bush
Wilson has called "rich and provocative" or that a former chairman of the

improve black test scores, increase black savings rates, boost black rates
of business formations, reduce black crime or strengthen black families.
Those are the most serious cultural challenges facing black Americans,
especially poor blacks. Racism is not the most serious challenge." Do these

darker than Whitney Houston and one hell of a lot darker than Michael
Jackson.

Yet D'Souza was right in thinking that the debate over black problems must
be open to all races and ethnic groups. It's a good thing that early women's
rights advocates didn't have such a sectarian view. After all, by definition
100% of the people who gave women the right to vote were men.
America is 88% non-black. It was white government policies that helped
create the terrible problems so many blacks face today. Thus non-blacks will
have to play a major role in ending those problems. Disagree with D'Souza if
you wish, but read him first. And salute one man with the guts to squarely
confront one of our nation's most vexing problems.
