First, the F100 is made by Pratt & Whitney, hence PW in the full
name, the F110 - also used by the F-15 - is made by a company
famous for light bulbs.
Fuel consumption of 1.7 kg/s - in full augmentation(afterburner). That
would be 13000 lb/hr - about right, as I recall for static (no forward
speed)
condition.
I remember air flow at mil and above is around 220 lb/s or 100 kg/s,
so you meant 102. kg/s? Have to be careful of period or comma
seperating the decimal fraction.
No one can measure the flow to 6 significant figures!
Fuel flow should scale with air flow, so multiply by the same ratio.
Remember these numbers are per engine.
