Registration for Enrichment Programs Begins Today

Registration for SCDC's Enrichment Programs begins today, October
9th.
Classes begin the week of October 19th.
This session, we have two programs:

Sing and Swing
For children from 2 to 5 years
Two sessions available:
Tuesday mornings, 10:00 am – 10:45 am
Wednesday mornings, 10:00 am – 10:45 am
This 45-minute music program includes singing, dancing, instruments
and a parachute. It is a rollicking fun time for children and
parents.

Baby and Toddler Time
For children from birth to 2 and 1/2 years
This half-hour session includes stories, songs and finger play. This
is a great place to spend time with your very young child, and also to
meet other parents with children of a similar age.
The day and time of Baby & Toddler Time has yet to be determined. If
you> are interested in the class, please email us your registration
information> and we will contact you soon to let you know the details
and to complete> your registration.

Registration forms are in the Children’s Room at the Shrewsbury Public
Library now through Wednesday evening. Or, you can e-mail your
registration to scdck...@scdc.org. E-mail registrations must be
received no later than October 14th.

To register via e-mail, please include:
- your name
- your phone number
- your e-mail address
- your child(ren)'s name(s)
- your child(ren)'s age(s)
- enrichment program name, day and time.

You are welcome to sign up for more than one enrichment program at the
same time. Each enrichment program is $20.00. Siblings within the age
range of the class are an additional $5.00. All other siblings are
free.

PRESCHOOL AND CHILDCARE FAIR
Saturday, October 24th
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Sherwood Middle School cafeteria
30 Sherwood Avenue, Shrewsbury

This free event is a great opportunity to meet with representatives
from Preschools and Childcare providers from Shrewsbury and the
surrounding communities. Parents can ask questions, compare literature
and gain a better understanding of the options available for their
young children.
