Could not install - money taken

This is my third attempt to get a refund for unsuccessful installation
of Scatterslides on my Samsung Galaxy SG2. I have just got my Vodafone
bill and you have taken 4x £3.09 - a total of £12.36 in all. I can
send my bill as proof of this if you wish.

As stated previously, I tried to download it a few times but my
Samsung Galaxy SG2 could not install it and posted an ERROR notice on
the screen. This happened four time and you took payment each time and
I still don't have your software.

I would prefer you to provide me with working software, but if this
cannot be done please refund my money.

As I say, this is the third time of contacting. If I do not hear from
you within a few days I will have to take further action. M4G seems
the place to start.

Hi Tony,
(I did send you a private reply, but for the record...) It was my
understanding that the Google Marketplace handles refunds; but it has
also been my experience that once I buy an app, I can re-download and
install it on the same device many times without having to pay again.
We'll be in contact with Google, and keep you informed.
As for the problem with Samsung, I have not come up with an
explanation, yet.
