The scalr.net hosted service pricing plans define the maximum concurrent servers you may have under management.

For example, the entry level x5 server scale @ $99 - This doesn't cover x5 base roles, but each scaled indefinitely no? I'm guessing it's x5 base roles and that's the limit reached? Or alternatively x1 role but scaled x5 times? (Or a mixture of) but only x5 actual servers running at one time, scaled or otherwise (inc MySQL master/slaves)?
