Continuous Integration builds

We've setup CI builds for Scalaz again.

1. CloudBees: https://scalazproject.ci.cloudbees.com
- Builds Scalaz7 daily
- publishes snapshots to Sonatype OSS
- Account is linked to thescala...@gmail.com

2. Travis CI: http://travis-ci.org/#!/scalaz/scalaz/builds
- Builds every commit to all branches
- Emails you if you broke the build
- Account is linked to the scalaz user on GitHub

Out of interest, why both CloudBees and Travis CI?

Travis CI has better GitHub integration, CloudBees lets me configure
credentials privately for the Sonatype upload.

If it's just the Web hook you need clodbees should work fine with the github plug-in for Jenkins.
