Identity.state equivalent in Scalaz 7

Identity.state has disappeared. Is there a recommended alternative? It was added by Zaugg to Scalaz 6 back in 2009.

State.state (defined in StateFunctions).

You might lose a bit of type inference though, as it takes both S and
A as type params to the same method.
