[Ann] Scalaris 0.3.0 RC1

Hi,

We are currently preparing the next release of Scalaris which is
planned for the next week. Before the release however, we present a
first release candidate - Scalaris 0.3.0 RC1.

You can download the sources from our web-site at
http://scalaris.googlecode.com (scalaris-0.2.90.tar.gz).

Pre-build packages for various Linux distributions can be found at
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/scalaris/
- package version "0.2.90" corresponds to RC1.
