ScalaCheck source code is now hosted on GitHub

Hi,

In order to simplify collaboration, ScalaCheck has been migrated from
Subversion to Git and the source is now hosted on GitHub. Bug reports,
documentation and downloads are still hosted at Google Code, but this may
change in the future.
