Research Programmer Position Available

A research programmer position (for one year, renewable to two) is
available for someone with experience in

- Programming in Scala (especially with performance optimization and
parallelization)
- Developing reliable and robust Java GUIs
- Property-based testing
- Functional programming, monads

Applicants must be interested in spending part of time at Rice
University and the other part at Halmstad University.

The position is part of an NSF CPS project on Robot Design. More

preference will be given to applications received by March 21st.
Start date can be as early as May 1st. Salary is negotiable. An
