That's a very sensible suggestion! Your survey has only evening times on it, but we'd been thinking initially of meeting up at lunchtimes, primarily because it's very convenient for a bunch of us who work in Leeds city centre. (Obviously, it's less convenient for people elsewhere, so perhaps we'd want to also do evening things if enough people were interested.)
The result of the survey should not be seen as binding, but indicative none the less.
