[GSOC 2012] student applications deadline

Hi all,

this is just a kind remainder to all those students who wish to work on
Scala-related projects for GSOC that the deadline is in less than 12 hours.

If you are unsure about your proposal or feel that it is not good
enough, feel free to still submit whatever you have. There is an interim
period of 2 weeks when we assess the proposals and if we feel that there
are things which are unclear, need more explanation in your proposal or
more planning, we can (and will) contact you to clarify. If you don't
submit anything, you are not in the gsoc system and there is nothing we
can discuss with you. Don't worry if you don't have a mentor for your
own idea, we will do our best to find one.
