Scala 2.11.0-M3: tagged and released to Nexus

I've tagged and released Scala 2.11.0-M3 to Nexus [1]. This will be replicated to Maven central within 24 hours.

Over the weekend, Iulian and Mirco helped out to make sure the IDE is compatible with this release. Thanks! I understand the IDE update site will be available in the next few days.

We now working on the full distribution, which includes Akka Actors.

The release notes will be based on [2].

This is my first time as Releaser, so please double check my work and let me know if anything is out of order!

We are not asking the community to publish open source libraries against this release, as we do for RC releases.
