Looks like there are two public urls:

http://scala-ide.org/docs/tutorials/androiddevelopment/index.html -
has the new content
http://www.assembla.com/wiki/show/scala-ide/Developing_for_Android -
has the old content

Does http://www.assembla.com/wiki/show/scala-ide/Developing_for_Android
get updated in a different way?

Nope. The Assembla documentation is no longer maintained and will be removed
entirely as soon as one of us has the time to make sure that all meaningful information
have been migrated to the new documentation in the scala-ide.org website.

We also have a ticket for this ;-)
