github move

It looks that there's unanimity for moving to gihub, and we'll proceed with the move tomorrow morning (CET time) -- Tuesday Oct 4. The Assembla repository will be removed and the new repository will be hosted at github, in the scala-ide organization account.

Please push all your pending changes before Oct. 4 0:00 CET time (midnight tonight). I'll take down Assembla's git repository tomorrow morning around 8AM CET, and it will be unavailable for about one hour (depends how fast it will be to do the change). Once the move is done, you'll have to point your remote repository (likely called 'origin') to the new github repository. I'll email the exact steps once the move is done. I may need your github usernames
