Inclusion of Play2 support in the ecosystem

Hi all,

We are getting ready to release a preview version of the Play2 support plugin, and to add it in the incubation section on the Scala IDE ecosystem sites.

We can clear the process by ourselves, but having extra sets of eyes checking the different pieces cannot hurt.
