Next BASE meeting - volunteer?

Hi everyone,

This being a holiday weekend and all rather caught me out. I realize that the next meeting is just one week away now.

I remember someone volunteering to do a talk at our upcoming meeting, but I am unable to remember the details right now (lots on my mind, makes me forgetful). If this volunteer is you, or you know who it was, please jog my memory. I seem to remember thinking it was a pretty good idea for a topic too, but I always have a couple of options in my back pocket just in case.

Either way, we plan to go ahead with the July meeting, in a weeks time (Monday 11th) at LinkedIn in Mountain View.

Hello all,

Maybe you could ask if some of the Atlassian devs want to talk about Scala? There has been some internal discussions about using Scala at Atlassian and some people seem to have already done stuff but not sure if this is Sydney or San Francisco.

I will see if I can encourage anyone from my end.

As I am back in the UK until next year probably, I cant make this one myself, but good luck...
