Just staged on Sonatype:
"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.0.0"
for Scala binary versions 2.9.2, 2.9.3 and 2.10.
That's right, a final release! It is identical to the second release
candidate.

*Note:* This is a release in the 7.0.x series, for which we'll provide
binary compatibility.
